From Your Pantry:

 

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or milk alternative)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

  • 4oz of cream cheese (from block form)

Baking Tools:

 

  • Stand mixer or electric hand mixer (or a whisk paired with some extra elbow grease)

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Spatula

  • 2 Bowls - The bowl to your mixer or 1 large mixing bowl and 1 medium bowl

  • Metal baking sheet (such as a cookie sheet or pizza tin. No need for a muffin tin and liners!)

  • Classic ice cream scoop or large spoon
